Getting To Yes

A session to generate goodwill and positivity, with lots of interaction.

The point of the session is to examine and improve how we respond to what we’re offered – how to say “no” in ways that avoid resentment, and make counter-offers that please everybody.

We have run this session with groups of as many as 250 management consultants, all doing the same interactive exercise at once.

One exercise in particular enables participants to recognise social strategies they may have used unconsciously for years – and that others have used on them.

This recognition never fails to produce lots of laughter – in turn helping to create goodwill among participants.
